Overview
The Resort is located in the midst of nature, surrounded by valleys and mountains, in the Municipal Road Line Ávila, Carazal District. The resort, which occupies an area of over 30 thousand m2, will provide unique experiences and offer top-level services to all its visitors. It is less than 6 km from the city center, which will give guests the option of quiet, leisure, or fun whenever they want. The resort is very close to Snowland, the only indoor snow park in the Americas, which in addition to snow all year round also boasts an exclusive ski and snowboarding track. It is also close to a thermal water park that is the first indoor in Brazil with themes inspired by the thermal baths of Europe.

- Parking fee is 40.00 BRL for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Per vehicle.
- Optional meal plan fee is 65.00 BRL for all units, per person, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. Optional breakfast fee. Children aged 6 to 11 receive a 50% discount.

Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- Cleaning twice a week. The Gramado Parks resorts offer free transportation to the center of Gramado and Canela. The schedule varies from 9:00 AM to 7:40 PM. Arrange transportation and reception.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Studio and hotel units have no privacy.
- The optional breakfast fee is per day, per adult, with a special rate for children ages 6-11. Children under 5 years old are not charged. Guests pay directly at check-out. Check-in is ONLY on Sundays.
