Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory Sterling Access fee is 7700 local currency, per room, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 1650.00 local currency, per week, per room, for Hotel units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The Utility Fee is required for the full week, even if guests stay less than 7 nights.

- Mandatory goods and service tax fee is 18 % . Cash or Credit is accepted. GST will need to be paid at the resort.

Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Extra bed charges are Rs.750 plus GST for kids aged 6-12yrs and Rs.1000 plus GST for over 12yrs per night. Hotel units are suitable for two adults or two adults and one child. It is not ideal for two adults and two children.
- For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present a Government-approved valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in. A 10% Discount is given to RCI members on food and soft drinks as a special member privilege.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The utility fee is applicable as per RCI confirmation, regardless of the duration of stay
