This includes Mayan Palace, The Bliss, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe, Celebrate Park, Kingdom of the Sun, and The Cascades, and violations will be canceled.
- Prepay the fee within 48 hours after confirming the unit or 30 days before check-in by following the instructions in the email sent by Vidanta to pay online. Please provide pre-arrival check-in details by visiting https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home. The resort can see guest reservations, including guest certificates, within 72 hours of when a reservation is made.
