• Fees for some utilities, including gas & electricity charged by the resort, may vary based on the duration of stay, time of year, room size, and/or actual usage during your stay, and are subject to change. These fees are not included in the total booking price & are payable directly to the resort.
• Full access to the water park is included for up to 4 guests for confirmations made after 5/22/25.
• Please note that the unit can sleep up to 6 guests as there is a pull-out sofa, but there is an additional charge of $50 per person per night for the 5th and 6th guests due at check-in.
• Suite-style and themed unit upgrades may be available for an additional charge. Please contact the lodge before your arrival at 800-905-9653 or inquire at the front desk during check-in. It may take up to ten business days for reservations to be loaded into the Great Wolf Lodge Reservation System after confirmation. All cancellations and date change requests must go through RCI.
• The resort will try to accommodate requests for handicap units and unit assignments but these are not guaranteed.
• This is not a traditional timeshare.
