Mardi Gras Manor is an ideal base for your New Orleans vacation. A car is not recommended. The resort does not have parking facilities and parking is very limited. You are in walking distance of some of the greatest attractions, including historic homes, museums, riverboat rides, and the Aquarium of the Americas. Bourbon Street is only two blocks away for jazz or the culinary delights of over 60 restaurants. When you relax in the resort’s hidden courtyards, you’ll still feel you’re in the city of New Orleans.

- Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- If you are unable to make a call, please send an email on the Wednesday before your arrival date. Check the email address on your welcome letter. The security deposit can only be paid by check.
- Most units have steps; 2 units have spiral stairs. No toiletries or coffee in units.
- No credit cards accepted at resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Office Hours: 8:30-2:30 M, W, Th, F. Saturday office hours 9am -5pm. Office is closed on Tuesday and Sunday. Do not call on Saturday, staff on site only checking in scheduled arrivals. Reservations cannot be made within 48 hours of check-in.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The office will now be CLOSING Sunday and Monday. The hours remain the same Tuesday /Wednesday/Thursday and Friday OPEN from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. All RCI INBOUNDS should contact the office two(2) days prior to arrival to get the code. If they call after hours it will cost them a late call out $200.00. - The resort is situated in a residential area, so it is not recommended that you bring a car. The average parking rate in the area is about $45 per day, and there are no in/out privileges.
