- Resort is self -checkin, Confirm receipt of Welcome Packet prior to arrival to insure guest has access codes for the week of their stay. Make sure the email address is for the arriving guest, The Welcome Packet will have the property and apartment access codes. Upon arrival send an email to NOLAHosting@gmail.com to confirm you have arrived. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm CST.

- The resort has only six units, and all are accessible by stairs, so this property is not suitable for small children or people with mobility issues. There are no elevators, and the resort is not handicap accessible.
- There is no front desk; self-check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Contact: NOLAHosting@gmail.com for more information and availability. The security deposit and resort fee must be paid before receiving access codes. There is no on-site luggage storage.
- There is no on-site parking. Nearby parking is available at Premium Parking P-409 at 2135 Decatur Street, and guests can call (844) 236-2011. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made online. No pets are allowed except Service Animals.
