When you're not basking in the glory of Great Smokies scenery, the resort offers plenty of amenities, beginning with lots of swimming options, three outdoor pools, two kiddie pools, an indoor pool, five hot tubs, and a sauna. There's also a putting green, shuffleboard court, basketball, fitness center, playground, gas barbecue grills, an indoor racquetball court, and a full-time activities staff. Complimentary laundry facilities are available to guests.

Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 75.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. This is the 266 unit type.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 65.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. These are the 26S, 26U and 26F unit types.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 95.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. This is for the 26F loft units only.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 50.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. These are unit types 14S, 14U, and 14F.

- Elevator access is available for all buildings. Units starting with 5 or 7 will have 7 steps down after exiting the elevator. Units 451-465 have steps, and no elevators are available.
- IF FOLLOWING GPS, DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS THAT LEAD YOU ACROSS “RATTLESNAKE HOLLOW RD”. The resort can provide the correct directions. It is recommended to use the directions provided and not use GPS. We control noise and traffic as much as possible.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Points confirmed members may have to make a unit change even if booked for 7 nights.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
