- For late arrivals, please contact the resort as soon as possible. Through Forton Village, there is a road closure with no information for how long this will be in place. As a result, please follow diversions to Cockerham Road leading to Lancaster that passes Thurnham Hall Resort on the A588. Alternative routes are also available. - Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

- The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information in relation to works which may be happening during your holiday, please contact the Resort directly.
- The restaurant may occasionally close, so please make reservations to avoid any inconvenience. The apartments are self-catering so guests can prepare their meals. On Christmas Day, the restaurant is only open for guests with reservations. Breakfast is not an option, however, guests can request a "Good Morning Package" for their apartment. The swimming pool is for adults only.
- Upon check in all guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation. Check in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 am.
