All units offer TV's, DVD players, washers & dryers, kitchens, and free wireless internet. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have a king bed in the master bedroom and have balconies. 2BR units have a whirlpool in the master bath. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a king bed, sleeper sofa, and 1 bath. 1BR units with mini kitchen are best suited for one adult couple, or a couple with 2 small children. The 1BR units do not have a balcony. Resort is not located directly on the beach, it is a short walk of approximately 100 yards. Call the resort in advance to discuss special needs. Resort is unable to offer on-site parking for large vehicles, RV's, campers, boats or trailers. Resort charges a US$175 fee if you bring a pet or animal on property. Wyndham Majestic Sun is the 2nd bldg on Left. EAST: on I-10 from Pensacola to Exit56. Take SR85 S for 16mi, left on SR20 E (5.8mi.). Take SR293 S toll US$2.50 to US Hwy98 for 6.6mi. Turn left on HWY98 for 2.8mi. to Holiday Rd. Turn right, go to stop sign and turn left on Scenic Gulf Dr. Go .8mi. & turn left onto the Seascape Property.
