Located directly across the street from Miramar Beach, enjoy a quiet day on the beach. Take in the amazing sunrise or sunset from the beach or your balcony.

All units offer TVs, a DVD player, a washer & dryer, wireless internet & a kitchen. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have a king bed in the master bedroom, a jetted tub in the master bath, and a balcony. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a king bed, sleeper sofa, 1 bath, and a mini kitchen, and are best suited for one adult couple, or a couple with 2 small children. The 1BR units do not have a balcony. The resort is not on the beach, but about 100 yards away. Call the resort in advance to discuss special needs. The resort does not have onsite parking for large vehicles, RVs, campers, boats, or trailers. Pets are not allowed on the property, and violators are charged a USD $175 fee. If using GPS System to find the resort, use the City name "Miramar Beach" Florida. One of the swimming pools is an indoor and outdoor pool.

WEST: I-10 from Tallahassee to Exit 85, then Left on SR331 for 24 miles. Go Right on HWY. 98W. for 10 miles, then Left on Poinciana Blvd. Go to the stop sign & turn Right on Scenic Gulf Dr., go .7 miles & turn Right into Seascape. WVR Majestic Sun is 2nd bldg. on the Left. EAST: I-10 from Pensacola to Exit 56. Take SR. 85 S for 16 miles, Left on SR 20E. 6 miles to SR 293S (toll USD $2.50) to US Hwy 98 for 7 miles, Left on HWY 98 for 3 miles, Right on Holiday Rd. Go to the stop sign & turn Left on Scenic Gulf Dr., go 1 mile & Left into Seascape property. The WVR Majestic Sun is the 2nd bldg. on the Left. Registration parking is under the porte cochere, across from the fountain. For GPS devices, use 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
