This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The mandatory all-inclusive program fees are based on the specific days reserved, so the rates are factored in daily and not weekly. The child rates apply to children 7-12 years of age. The program includes food, snacks, national drinks, free entry for children to the Kids Club and Kids water park, pool activities for children and adults, access to the gym, and free wifi. The mandatory all-inclusive fees are required for a minimum of 2 adults. A 5-night minimum stay is required for stays *EXCEPT* a 7-night stay is required for Holy Week, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Weeks, for the entire travel party. One-bedroom units sleeping privately 4 and a maximum of 8 are a combination of 2 hotel units next to each other. In this type of unit, a minimum all-inclusive fee payment for 4 adults is required. Fees are paid directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the discretion of the resort. Fees may vary per night or week based on the season of travel, such as high season and Holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and the age of guests. Please verify that the all-inclusive fees are correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information can change the all-inclusive amount and is the responsibility of the guests traveling. All-inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.
