- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Presidential Resort (#1932), Eagle Trace at Massanutten (#2293), Massanutten's Shenandoah Villas (#1645), Eagle Trace at Killy Court (#2650), The Summit at Massanutten (#3640), Woodstone at Massanutten (#5711), Regal Vistas at Massanutten (#C152), Massanutten Mountainside Villas (#0174). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- AFVC guest or guests of AFVC members, please be advised that you or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the family of Massanutten Resorts.
- AFVC restricted resorts are: 1932 Presidential Resort, 2293 Eagle Trace at Massanutten,1645 Massanutten's Shenandoah Villas, 2650 Eagle Trace at Killy Court or 3640 The Summit at Massanutten. 5711 Woodstone at Massanutten and C152 Regal Vistas at Massanutten and 0174 Massanutten Mountainside Villas.
- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions.
