Hotel amenities such as transfers and other services are not available. The resort does not offer board and the restaurant is closed. Guests can eat at bars and restaurants in the area (Barra de São Miguel, Praia do Francês, and Praia do Gunga). To order meals and drinks via delivery, ask at the hotel reception.
In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
No pets are allowed, except for guide dogs.
