Corbett National Park is open during the following period: Dhikala Zone-15th Nov to 15th June; Durgadevi-15th Nov to 15th June; Birjani-15th Oct to 30th June & Jhirna Zone is open throughout the year.

Since the resort is situated in a forest environment, TV is not provided in the units and phone/internet signals are poor and subject to availability. Due to the dense forest, credit card processes are subject to signal availability. GST as applicable will need to be paid at the resort. • Any Eatables from outside are not permitted inside the resort premises
All reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance or your reservation will not be honored by the resort. Guests must pay 60% of the utility fees at least 15 days in advance, and pay the remaining 40% at check-in. Extra charges must be paid at check-out. UTILITY CANCELLATION POLICY: guests canceling at least 15 days before check-in will be given a total refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in will allow guests to be given a credit voucher for their pre-payment, valid for 6 months from the date issued. Cancellations within 48 hours before check-in or No-Shows will require guests to pay the full amount based on their reservation. No refunds for unused nights, or service interruption due to technical issues beyond the resort's control.
