This eco-friendly resort is spread over 25 acres along the banks of Ramganga River and is the largest resort in Corbett. The Merchula Valley encapsulates the whole resort, providing breathtaking views of the picturesque valley. Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 33600.00 INR, per unit, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Guests must pay 100% of the utility fees at least 15 days in advance to the resort for confirmation.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory goods and service tax fee is 18 % for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. GST as applicable will need to be paid at the resort.

Policy Restrictions
- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.
Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- And credit voucher will be valid for 06 month from the date of issue. Resort is happy to amend or reschedule bookings before 48 hrs of check-in, without any charges with the prior intimation. Cancellations, amendments or no-shows within 48 hrs of check in, are non-refundable & non-transferable. No refunds for unused nights or service interruption due to technical issues beyond the resort's control
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Guests must pay 100% of utility fees and reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance or reservation will not be honoured by resort. Extras if any to be paid the resort. UTILITY CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event, that member is unable to travel for any reason, cancellation request received to the resort before 48 hrs check-in, are eligible for a Credit Voucher against 100% paid utility,
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort offers pickup/drop-off services only from Ramnagar Railway station. 10-day advance notice required for Safari tours; fees applicable. Corbett National Park is open during the following period: Dhikala Zone-15th Nov to 15th June; Durgadevi-15th Nov to 15th June; Birjani-15th Oct to 30th June & Jhirna Zone is open throughout the year. Cancellation to be sent to the resort via email by member.
- Since the resort is situated in a forest environment, 4G Jio & Airtel Network works fluently all around the property, Other networks operate with limited coverage. Credit card processes are subject to signal availability. Outside foods are not permitted inside the resort premises. Units suitable for 2 adults & 1 child below 12 years. Proper swim wear is required before entering the swimming pool.
