Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory resort fee is 90 EUR, per stay, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. This fee is a required Fuel Deposit toward cost of diesel used & is refunded if less fuel is used.
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 63.00 GBP, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Utility fee charged per stay to cover gas and water supplied, per 4-berth boat.
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 77.50 GBP, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Utility fee charged per stay to cover gas and water supplied, per 6-berth boat.
Resort Fees
- Pets fee is 30.00 GBP for all units, per week. Only Credit Cards accepted. Per dog, per week. Maximum of 2 dogs per boat.

- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Party must consist of 2 active adults, one over the age of 21 and the other over the age of 16. It is recommended that all guests watch a training video prior to arrival.
