The check-in/front desk is open 24 hours. No pets are allowed. There is good public transportation in New Orleans, so having a car is not necessary to enjoy your stay. You may only park your car at the resort by using Valet parking for a fee of US$10 per day plus tax-total of US$11.20 daily.
