- For late arrivals, please contact the resort as soon as possible. Through Forton Village, there is a road closure with no information for how long this will be in place. As a result, please follow diversions to Cockerham Road leading to Lancaster which passes Thurnham Hall Resort on the A588. Alternative routes are also available. - Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
