Access to Resort balconies is restricted to the following apartments 4, 18, 39, 43, 47, 62, 72, 78, and 84.
Balcony heights in this resort are lower than normal, extra care should be taken.
Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Fees charged for some utilities.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
Please ensure that extra care is taken on the balconies with children as gaps are larger than normal.

The reception is open Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. between November 1 and March 30, and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. between April 1 and October 31. On Friday and Saturday, the reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The resort is unable to re-assign guestrooms under any circumstances, and most are not wheelchair accessible nor suitable for people with disabilities. There are stairs to access most guestrooms, and the lift is on a half-way landing. Gusts must notify the resort in advance of special accessible needs or a late arrival.
