- Airport transfers from either Chiang Mai International Airport or Melia Chiang Mai cost THB 950 net per van per way. The van can accommodate up to 6 persons with luggage.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- For early check-in, late check-out, or extra bed fees, guests will pay the resort directly. Each room is allowed a maximum of one extra bed.
- Please contact Resort for any late bookings {24/48 hours prior to check in} to arrange arrival details.
- Standard rooms for Melia sleep two adults or one adult & one child. The maximum occupancy is two adults and one child, or three adults. The third adult fee is THB 1500 per night and includes an extra bed. Children aged 5-11 pay THB 750 per child, per night, including an extra bed. Children from 0-4 years old are free if they share a bed with their parents or use a baby cot.
