Pool Bar with light snacks, sodas and alcoholic beverages is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend. There is also complimentary beach shuttle from April 1st through 30th.

- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Coral Sands Resort North (#C688), Port O'Call (#0995), Island Links Resort (#1473), Coral Reef Resort (#3975), Coral Sands Resort (#6736), Island Links By Coral Resorts (#7630). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Armed Forces Vacation Club guests can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- If arriving outside of our scheduled check-in hours, guests must notify the resort at least three days in advance at (843) 681-3582 to receive after-hours check-in procedures. Special needs should be discussed with the resort at least three weeks before arrival.
- Outdoor pool will be closed from November 14, 2025 to December 8, 2025.
- Parking spaces are limited to two per unit.
- Pool heaters are out of service. The outdoor pools remain open, but the water is unheated. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor heated pool at the Coral Sands Resort. The work is projected to be completed by December 8th, 2025.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The 2026 complimentary beach shuttle will run from April 6th through September 20th. For bike rental reservations, please call Wheelz at (843) 842-4445 three days before arrival. The pool bar is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and offers light snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
- The clubhouse and front desk are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. Effective October 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 the clubhouse and front desk will be open daily from 8:30am to 7:00pm.
