Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory usage fee is 25.00 CAD, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee applies to the period of October to March.
- Mandatory usage fee is 35.00 CAD, per night, per unit, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The fee applies to the period of April through September.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 90.00 CAD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. The mandatory housekeeping fee is per stay and per unit (plus any applicable taxes).

- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Guests receive discounts at the Restaurant, Pro-Shop, and Golf Course and free buckets of balls at the driving range. Full access to onsite amenities, wholesale prices with the onsite travel agency. In Condo Wi-Fi and Washer/Dryer.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- The outdoor pool and hot tub are open from June through September. Unless otherwise posted, the restaurant is open daily during the golf season. During non golf season, the restaurant has limited hours.
