The resort operates an ongoing improvement program, so refurbishments may happen throughout the year. While the resort endeavors to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to guests.
When checking in, please park your car at the bottom of Via Montecavallo and walk to the reception area. A porter will accompany you to your car and assist with your luggage between 8 am to 7 pm. If arriving after 7 pm, please contact the resort in advance for check-in procedures.
