Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory full-board fee is 240 local currency, per adult, per night, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory Full-Board fee during low season. Children through age 12 do not pay.
- Mandatory full-board fee is 300 local currency, per adult, per night, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory Full-Board fee during high season. Children through age 12 do not pay.
- Mandatory amenities fee is 150 local currency, per day, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Pet fee, per day.

- A prior payment of 30% of the mandatory fees is required at least 7 days before check-in by calling Gisele at (35) 2101-4127. Pets are allowed, however, restrictions apply, so please contact the resort in advance for complete details. Studio and Hotel-type units do not offer privacy within the unit.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Low season rates for February, March, April, May, August, September, October, November & December 1-15, excluding holidays. High season rates for January, June, July, December 16-31, and all National Holidays. The minimum stay is 7 nights.
- Staying at the Leaves Club in Hotel Fazenda Poços de Caldas requires a mandatory full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Only food is provided; outsourced services and beverages are charged separately for each guest.
