Other Information
- For late arrivals, please advise the resort as soon as possible. The front desk is staffed 8 hours per day. All children under 18 are included in the occupancy level for apartments. Under no circumstances can maximum occupancy be exceeded. At check-in, all guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation.
- Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
