- Car park will be closed from March 18, 2025 to May 1, 2025.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Members and guests are limited to no more than 4 weeks per calendar year and no more than 3 consecutive weeks at any combination of Club Boardwalk Resorts (DR81, D676, 5302, and 7609). This includes Exchanges, Extra Vacations, Last Call Vacations, and Bonus Weeks.
- Parking will be available on the small outside lot and on the street around the resort on a first come, first served basis. Parking fee will not be charged during closure.
- Please have owners call 800-609-0009 to validate their maintenance and assessment fees if they want to deposit or utilize points.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
