After scheduling, we ask that you leave the apartment one hour before the agreed time, and you can have access to the apartment only 1 (one) hour after cleaning is carried out, thus minimizing risks for your family.

All Food and Beverage services are available in the open & airy pool area through self-service (to avoid direct contact between guests and staff); the hotel is currently not providing room service and waiter services.
Pool towels can be picked up at reception, with 1 towel per person allowed during the stay.
Cleaning according to security protocol: Your apartment will be delivered clean and tidy upon check-in, but if the family chooses a new arrangement, it will only take place 48 hours after your check-in. If another cleaning is still necessary, it must be scheduled 24 hours in advance with the Hotel reception.
